Master Our Exclusive “I Feel Good, PST™” Technique—and Take Control of Your Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions!

No one—and I mean absolutely no one—should have the power to control your feelings without your permission.

Not your mother. Not your father. Not your wife or husband. Not your boyfriend or girlfriend. Not your friends. Not your brother or sister. Not your son or daughter. Not even drugs, alcohol, or the painful circumstances you encounter in life.

You may not always control what other people say or do, but you can control how you respond.

Think about that for a moment.

Someone may insult you, disappoint you, betray your trust, reject you, or even walk away from your life. You cannot always prevent those things from happening. You may naturally feel sadness, anger, disappointment, or emotional pain.

But here is something important I want you to understand:

You don't have to let someone else's behavior determine your attitude, your actions, or the person you become.

What do I mean by that?

Our thoughts are incredibly powerful. What we think influences how we feel, and how we feel influences our attitudes and actions.

When we repeatedly entertain negative, destructive, or irrational thoughts, we can intensify our emotional suffering. But when we challenge those thoughts and replace them with constructive, truthful, and positive self-talk, we can begin to change how we respond to life's most difficult situations.

That's why I developed “I Feel Good, PST™”—Positive Self-Talk.

This technique teaches you to recognize your immediate thoughts, examine your feelings, consider the possible consequences of your actions, and deliberately choose a healthier response.

With consistent practice, you can become so familiar with this technique that positive self-talk becomes second nature.

Remember: You cannot always choose what happens to you, and you cannot simply switch off every painful emotion. But you can learn to choose what you do with your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Don't let someone else's behavior control your life. Learn to think differently, respond wisely, and feel better—one thought at a time.

Identify and acknowledge the specific trigger, word, or silence that sparked your emotional pain without embellishing the narrative.

Examine honestly what you told yourself in that exact moment. Uncover the automatic interpretations running through your mind.

Recognize and name the raw emotions—anger, rejection, sorrow, or guilt—allowing yourself to process them in prayerful honesty.

Pause to consider what might happen if you react immediately out of anger or hurt rather than patience and wisdom.
